M/V EUPHORIA SERVICE UPDATE

Silmar Shipping FZCO wishes to advise that cargo carried on board M/V EUPHORIA is presently affected by the ongoing regional security situation and related operational constraints impacting certain trading routes. 

The Carrier is continuing to assess available contingency arrangements in light of safety, operational, regulatory and port-related considerations. At present, no alternative arrangement has been confirmed as both operationally suitable and sufficiently safe for implementation. 

Accordingly, and subject always to operational feasibility, safety considerations, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and any necessary approvals, cargo presently on board M/V EUPHORIA is expected, for the time being, to remain on board pending further assessment. This position remains under review and may change at any time depending on circumstances. 

Customers are requested to note that this situation arises from exceptional circumstances beyond the Carrier’s reasonable control. Any contingency measures, including without limitation delay, change of route, retention on board, discharge at an alternative location, storage, transhipment, onward carriage, security measures, and any associated additional costs or expenses, shall remain subject to the applicable contract of carriage, bill of lading terms and/or other governing terms, all rights being fully reserved.
