M/V TB FENGZE SERVICE UPDATE

Please be advised that, due to severe terminal congestion, berthing restrictions and operational constraints at Jeddah beyond the Carrier’s control, M/V TB FENGZE has omitted her scheduled call at Jeddah. 

Cargo originally intended for discharge at Jeddah is being arranged for onward delivery by the next available suitable vessel. Our teams are coordinating the necessary operational arrangements and will provide further updates through the usual customer service channels. 

Customers are kindly requested to contact their local Customer Service representative for shipment-specific information.

All carriage, transshipment and delivery arrangements remain subject to the applicable bill of lading, tariff, service terms and nothing in this advisory shall be construed as a waiver of, or admission affecting, the Carrier’s rights, defences, exceptions and limitations thereunder, all of which are expressly reserved.
